My name is Frances Wu and I am an Independent Travel Consultant representing Travel Source Network*. After graduating from the Fashion Merchandising program at Seneca College, a wonderful cruise vacation inspired me to pursue a very different passion. With a great interest in the products that the travel industry has to offer, I decided to explore new grounds and am currently finishing the Travel and Tourism program at Seneca College.

My years of studying and working in the retail industry has allowed me to gain a better understanding of customer service and satisfying the needs of customers, which is essential in the travel industry. Shirts and vacations are both products that require your investment. If you are not satisfied with the shirt that you bought, your loss is often minimal. But a horrible vacation experience can mean the loss of valuable time and months of saving. I hope to utilize my knowledge to help others attain their dreams of traveling and to help create memorable experiences for them.
